Washington County BicycleTransportation Coalition (WashCo BTC) sells refurbished bicycles and accessories, as well as promotes bicycle transportation, protect bicyclists’ rights and improve bicycling conditions throughout Washington County through education, advocacy and community. Through the WashCo Community Bicycle Center, the WashCo BTC provides refurbished and recycled used bicycles for sale. All of their bicycles are donated and their volunteers make them the "best bike they can be for the bike they are". Washington County BicycleTransportation Coalition (WashCo BTC) sells refurbished bicycles and accessories, as well as promotes bicycle transportation, protect bicyclists’ rights and improve bicycling conditions throughout Washington County through education, advocacy and community. Through the WashCo Community Bicycle Center, the WashCo BTC provides refurbished and recycled used bicycles for sale. All of their bicycles are donated and their volunteers make them the "best bike they can be for the bike they are". The WashCo BTC is open Monday 10am-4pm and Tuesday - Saturday 10-6 at 137 NE 3rd Avenue, Hillsboro. They are a 501 c 3 nonprofit organization.
